Victoria - The 4 month old story

If you are reading this because of the Birth Announcements, NO you weren't left out and added at the last minute! It just took dad too long to decide which photo to use, then dad had to get the cards ordered, then dad had to get the website updated, and get the envelopes addressed. Cindy was in charge of licking and stamping them. I asked her if she was done yet and she said ... nadgbugt yebbbettd.

Well, what can we say. Ok.. you REALLY told us so but I (Owen) just didn't listen. Humm.... tsk... tsk... maybe next time I'll pay a LOT more attention. Its been great, ahhhmmmennnn mostly great. I have found that there are a few things coming out of her that I don't want to discuss! Thank GOD for MOM! (Cindy that is). She has the patients of Jobe and is pretty much bullet proof when it come to anything concerning Victoria or me. I can't imagine life without mom! Mom seems to be never tiring and manages to keep up with a sometimes-grouchy husband and a daughter who requires 120% of mom's time.

Victoria is doing great! She weighed 14 pounds and 12 ounces and was 25 1/2 inches long on her last doctor visit. She got another four shots, which she was not very happy about. She only gets up once in the nighttime for food (that comes directly from momma!). She is developing quite a personality and smiles at everyone. In the last couple of days she has discovered her voice or should I say SQUEEL. I am now partially deaf but Victoria is enjoying it. Its possible that she is starting to get her teeth because she will chew on her hand or mom's hand at any opportunity. We had her picture made with Santa today (check back soon I will post it here). She smiled like she knew what he was bringing her on Christmas.
